Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building long-term client partnerships, advising on product selection, and providing tailored floral solutions to meet customer needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service, while continuously expanding our customer portfolio in the Milton Keynes region.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the Milton Keynes region
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Advise clients on product selection and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Source and recommend the right floral products
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, sourcing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the floriculture industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored product advice
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own accounts
• Based in or near the Milton Keynes region, with a willingness to travel occasionally
• Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service
• Fluency in English
• A driver’s licence (Category B) is required
